I would love to give Sea Cliff Manor a 10 Star rating if possible. There were so many factors that made our night so special and I would like to start off by saying it would t have been possible without Ian, the maitre d'. He was fantastic from the very beginning to the end of the big day. Friendly and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted/needed and more. There was never an issue when we would call to ask questions or make some small changes. He is the backbone of the establishment, running the place with class, always a smile on his face, and his staff for the wedding night were just as pleasant. The venue, located on top of a small hill was very well maintained, beautiful flowers and manicured trees and hedges could be seen everywhere, but what I loved the most was watching the sunset over the water. If you are looking for a place that isn't a wedding factory you definitely need to swing by and talk to Ian. We really loved how they only do one wedding a night, so all the attention is on your wedding. The food was amazing! I believe that the roots of Sea Cliff Manor really shine here as the venue was formerly Elizabeth Taylor's favorite French restaurant Sans Souci. From great staff, great location to the great food, you really cannot go wrong here!!!

I knew this venue when it was Sans Souci. I was looking for a venue for my daughters Bat Mitzvah in which would not break the bank. But would be beautiful and unique as we attend a ton of these parties. From the first meeting with Ian, I knew I'd found the perfect place ...I plan a lot of parties. I transformed this venue into an outdoor clambake cocktail hour, overlooking the water, brought in a sushi chef, ordered a vodka slide/ice sculpture, and had dinner stations. The party was all lounge which worked out amazing because we ended outside with dessert and dancing under the stars. The food was superb, the service great, and we had an amazing night! I highly recommend Sea Cliff Manor!

Wow was this place great! We attended a wedding here on Saturday July 9th and it was amazing. The setting is beautiful - picture postcard perfect. The Cocktail Hour was unbelievable. SO much food! Lobsters, shrimp, oysters. Asian station, pasta station, hot passed hors d'oeurvres, grilled vegetables, sliced meats, cheeses and fruits! I don't think I even saw it all! That alone would have been a perfect wedding to me! But one thing really stood out, the wait staff was OUTSTANDING! They made sure everything was perfect. Refilling, carrying huge trays back and forth all while being pleasant and friendly. Then the actual reception itself was also perfect. Once again I think the wait staff deserve to be really praised. It was a large wedding for this place but we never had to ask twice for anything. Everything was served beautifully and with seamless timing. The entrees were great and the Ravioli - wow was that sauce amazing! The staff was all helping each other and everyone was wonderful. The fact that they ALL worked as a team really made the experience perfect! Job well done!

My wife and I were recently married at the Sea Cliff Manor. We decided to have a Rock and Roll theme to our celebration. This was rather unusual but we were very specific about our special day. Ian (the manager) and the staff were more than accommodating!!!! Ian even offered a number of suggestions that made our day even more special!!! We had our ceremony and cocktail hour outside overlooking the harbor. The food was amazing and our guests were all treated like royalty!!! The reception was nothing short of a rock concert with gourmet food!!! We jammed the night away!!!

I had my wedding here a few weeks ago. We had about 130 people. Ian was wonderful to work with. The day of my wedding I didn't worry about a thing. Everyone raved about the food. If you are looking for a wedding on long island that is actually reasonable and you would like a charming location then the Sea Cliff Manor is for you.

We had our wedding this weekend. We can't say how happy we were that we chose Sea Cliff Manor. Ian was amazing, he was attentive to detail, professional, and made the day absolutely stress-free for us.
Our guests have repeatedly told us it was one of the best weddings they attended. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious. The venue is a historic manor on the Long Island sound, making it a picture perfect event. Our ceremony was outside under the arbor. Once the reception began inside everything flowed like a well choreographed first dance.
Ian and his staff maintained an atmosphere that every bride wants, Happy guests, great food and good drinks!!
